Draper products win many independent accolades for quality and value, here are the latest!

Car Mechanics, the monthly semi-professional magazine that focuses on automotive matters undertakes many independent product tests during the course of a year, for a wide range of automotive related products and this naturally includes tools. Draper products often fair well in these tests and we are pleased to see that in the April 2008 edition our philosophy of balancing excellent quality against reasonable price enabled Automotive Test Probe 57860 to be awarded Best Budget Buy.

What Car Mechanics said...

"...in the right hands, this is an incredibly useful bit of kit. On a practical level, the main probe is the same size and shape as a cartridge fuse leg (spade, Edited by Draper), so it can easily be plugged into a fuse slot for testing purposes. And there's a combined spike and sliding jaw that made it a doddle to break into a wire mid-run. As well as indicating if a wire;s live or not, three LEDs give a good indication of voltage. And as a final useful extra, the tool can be used to sense voltage in spark plug leads."
